We’re sorry!
As a recent participant in our “Cocktails for a Cause” class, you may have received a kit that was missing your bottle of Simple Vodka. Due to supply chain issues beyond our control, we weren’t able to get you a full bottle in time for your class.
But we want to make things right. Please complete the form below to receive your bottle of Simple Vodka (or send to a friend in an eligible state) and help us direct the 20 meals contributed per bottle to a food bank of your choice. A member of our team will follow up with your order details and gather any other information (if needed).
While we are happy to donate meals to any food bank in the US, we cannot ship to the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Your bottle will be fulfilled by a licensed retailer.
